My story as an archie....

I became a fan of David when he was on American Idol, altought I don't remember him from the auditions! case I was not really a fan of American Idol and the show is not popular here in my country I started watching it on season 6 but I only watched a few audition episodes and I wanted to watch season 7 cause I wanted to know why people said that simon cowell was a mean person so I started watching the season 7 auditions but I was not constant and I only remember Syesha from the auditions I don't remember David at all! I watched the show trough 2 tv channels Fox and Sony for latin America but I was not too interested in it so I don't think I watched David perform Shop Around and before he performed Imagine there was a article in the newspaper about a Honduran boy on American Idol but I tought that David Hernandez was the Honduran guy and when I watched David perform Imagine I was so fascinated! but I was not going to support him cause I wanted to support the Honduran guy......then next week David A said that his most embarrassing was when he was in Honduras so that's when I fond out that he was the guy!!! and I became a fan I opened a myspace site just for him and week after week I didn't miss the show but when I really became a fan a real archie was when he sang ANGELS .....


that for me was out of this world! it was so special cause I knew the song but never understood the special meaning! and what he said that "despite what you are going trough theres always a light at the end of the tunnel" was so special for me!!! I never missed an episode and I watched the repetitions of the show on sonny. When the finale came and u know what happened I was devastated......but I was happy when I found out that he had a record deal and that he was going on tour! the only fansite I knew at that time was David-a.net that unfortunately is not working anymore but when the tour came I discovered the fanblast! they had everything David related there!!! I was so happy cause they always had the tour pictures and videos! and some of those pictures had a tag that said fansofdavid.com and thats how I discovered FOD! they has a GREEN layout at that time.... lol and they also had evrerything related to David. The fanblast had a section of international fansites but they didnt had a fansite that represented Honduras so I decided to make one. I still have my myspace fansite for David and my archuletahonduras.blogspot.com (which will be updated soon). The day Crush came out I was so happy!! and thanks to teamarchie I was able to get a legal copy of it days on itunes! Thanks to team archie I was also able to get a legal copy of the deluxe version of the album via itunes!! ahhhhh that day was magical!!! because it was one day before my 17th birthday! after that David had some Christmas show and altnoy came out and other thing that if you are an archie already know...... lol and then his tour came!!!! ahhhh I wanted to go so badly!!!! but it was impossible first because I dint had a visa and also because I was in school and thats why I couldn't go to the Demi Lovato tour and I was getting really sad about it cause I loved watching tour videos and reading stories about archies and seeing their pictures with David but I wanted to be there! and I have a picture with him but that was not going to happen soon. later on I was lucky and I got the chance to go to the US to visit my family in September! but unfortunately David had no shows in California at that time and I had to be back to Honduras before october . Then CFT came out and I loved it!!! and the same happened with the CFT tour I wanted to be there but thats was just not my time.
2010
This year has been the best archuyear it has the best moments of my archulife I am so thankful for everything that has happened.
On the first days of the year David tweeted that he was going to visit central america and I found out about that trough a friend and I just couldn't beleive that cause he was coming to my country!!!! David!!!!! was coming!!!! ahhhhh I was so exited but I knew that he was not going to come to my city cause thats not where his family lives and I knew that I was not going to be able to see him cause me and my family were going trough a hard economical situation and I was not going to be selfish and ask for money that my mom didnt had. One of my friends that lives in San Pedro Sula here in Honduras went to see David and I was so happy for her! but I was so sad I cried so much cause meeting David is my biggest dream. Because David was here shared what my friend said about her experience with David and some pics of David here on Fansofdavid.com and thats how I meet the most amazing group of archie EVER!!!! ahhhhhhh they are just so amazing!!! I visited FOD constantly like I visit other fansites like Snarkyarchies and the fanscene but I was never brave enough to comment , I joined the conversations on january and the foders were so welcoming!!! I had the honor to meet so many great archies!! The FOD family is just great they are so supportive and just AWESOME!!!! and I also met great friends on twitter this year!!! I joined twitter on 2009 but I just used it to see David tweets, talk to my old archie myspace friends and to hopefully get a reply from David. I wanted a reply sooo muh and I finally got it on march 14!!!! ahhh it was one of the best moments of my life!! Another important thing that happened this year was that I won a David calendar on FOD it was made by the amazing talented photographer Jennifer Barry I was so happy i LOVE IT!!! OMG then COS came out! But I was 100% sure that I was not going to be able to get it! but one day and an amazing angel came a gifted me a signed copy of COS that angel has a name that starts with the letter K and I love her so much she is one of the archies that I love and would love to meet one day! when my COS arrived home ahh I was shaking so much haha I think I scared the guys that delivers the mail! haha He had a COS signing tour and again I wanted to go but I had school and the tickets to the US are pretty expensive....so that didn't happened but I was so happy with my COS I take care of that book like if it it made of gold! when SBL came out I was so happy! I was lucky to get a legal copy of the sing and the video! On August David replied to me twice on twitter and for me thats so special cause its the only way I can communicate with him. I was so exited for the new album in September but as you already know it came out on October! and I was so fortunate cause a great archie gifted me the fanpack edition and I also got it on itunes thanks to another archie! and that made my life better cause in Ocotober my grandfather had a stroke and it was so hard for me and my family and overall this year has been so tough. My mom had a heart attack and I had some other personal problems and I am so thankful that I have so many great friends on twitter and on FOD cause they have helped me and they are always there for me no matter what. November the month of my birthday was so special for me cause a week before my birthday David wished me a Feliz Cumpleanos on the cambio chat and I will never forget that moment it was so secial for me and my birthday was great to. Also in November I found out that David was going to have a show in Anaheim....but thats another story I will stop here cause I want to write a blog just abut my Anaheim story! thank you so much for reading this I tried to make it short lol! thanks for your time!
